Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Perform night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with baggage handling and providing local area information.
Qualifications
