Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage hotel reservations and coordinate room assignments with precision and care.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Oversee daily shift operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
- Assist in training new staff members and maintaining a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and a keen eye for detail.
