Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Manage and train hotel staff on proper procedures and customer service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with maintenance for room upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hotel policies.
- Oversee housekeeping schedules to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the hotel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel operations or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
