Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate 10-15 hourly staff across front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Resolve escalated guest concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate shift handovers and ensure seamless service transitions
- Monitor inventory and operational budgets during assigned shifts
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with department heads for service consistency
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel shift supervisory experience
- Proven crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Nevada alcohol service certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
