Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage and respond to phone inquiries and emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
- Assist with lobby cleanliness, maintain the reception area, and manage the front desk supply inventory.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service certificate is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
