Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant outlets to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Staff Supervision: Manage, train, and motivate hotel staff, ensuring high standards of performance and conduct during all shifts.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests immediately to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Shift Coordination: Create and maintain accurate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor daily revenue, manage petty cash, and process deposits with strict accuracy.
- Security & Safety: Enforce hotel safety protocols and conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain a secure environment.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations and operational troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic computer applications.
- Character: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
