Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Manage daily cash reconciliation, credit transactions, and reporting to the Finance department.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is pristine and guest-ready.
- Handle high-profile guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the utmost professionalism.
- Enforce strict safety, security, and health regulations throughout the hotel premises.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to uphold our service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels for guest supplies and initiate reorders as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel operations, front desk, or shift management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 lbs).
