Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all guests.
- Manage and schedule staff, including breaks, assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for room service and amenities, coordinating with purchasing departments.
- Enforce all safety and security protocols, conducting regular checks of the premises.
- Handle financial transactions and reconcile daily reports accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Desk) to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on guest-centric solutions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
