Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination.
- Staff Supervision: Schedule, train, and supervise hotel staff, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Guest Relations: Handle high-level guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Financial Management: Monitor daily revenue, manage petty cash, and prepare end-of-shift reports accurately.
- Inventory Control: oversee the ordering and stocking of essential supplies and amenities.
- Security & Safety: Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees by enforcing hotel security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is preferred.
