Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and facility integrity.
- Supervise and train junior staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and brand standards.
- Handle cash handling, payroll, and inventory management as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or housekeeping is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
