Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a premium service attitude.
- Train, supervise, and schedule weekend staff to ensure optimal coverage.
- Monitor security protocols and handle emergency situations as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel front desk or hospitality management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency with hotel management software is a plus.
