Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage operations
- Maintain pristine hotel standards including room turnover, public area sanitation, and lobby presentation
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with speed and professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support inventory management and supply restocking duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler's Certificate (preferred)
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling transactions
