Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the front desk and housekeeping departments.
- Manage staff schedules, breaks, and workflow to ensure efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Conduct nightly security rounds and ensure all fire safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in training new employees and maintaining high service standards.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and manage billing inquiries accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Hotelogix).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
