Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk, concierge, and housekeeping operations during assigned shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate service quality through proactive leadership
- Coordinate with departments (maintenance, F&B, security) for unified operations
- Implement emergency procedures and ensure safety compliance
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and brand protocols
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Manage shift schedules and resource allocation efficiently
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience in shift-based roles
- Proven leadership in high-volume hospitality environments
- Exceptional conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and hotel operations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, flexible shift schedules
- Arizona Food Handler and First Aid/CPR certifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license (required for vendor coordination)
