Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Manage team scheduling, performance, and conflict resolution
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Monitor service quality standards and implement improvement plans
- Coordinate with departments for smooth transitions between shifts
- Train new staff on hotel procedures and safety protocols
- Handle emergency situations following established procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Nevada gaming license (or ability to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
