Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shift (evening/overnight)
- Manage front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service escalations
- Monitor occupancy rates and optimize staffing levels
- Ensure safety compliance and emergency protocols
- Train new staff on service standards
- Coordinate with departments for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel shift supervisory experience
- Flexible availability for evening/overnight shifts
- PA Food Handler certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera a plus)
- Excellent communication abilities
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
