Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 hourly staff during assigned shifts (evening/night rotations)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries in real-time
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for operational efficiency
- Handle emergency situations and implement crisis protocols
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Monitor room availability and optimize occupancy rates
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience in high-volume properties
- Proven ability to manage shift operations and staff scheduling
- Strong conflict resolution and guest service skills
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera, Delos) and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Georgia Food Service Manager certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
