Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk, bell, and concierge operations during assigned shift
- Lead and motivate staff through daily briefings and real-time coaching
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Complete shift reports and handover documentation
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to manage high-volume operations during peak hours
- Exceptional conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if required for property errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
