Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
- Manage staff schedules, assign shifts, and conduct performance evaluations to foster team growth.
- Resolve guest complaints and complex issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security protocols throughout the property.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate closely with the kitchen for optimal service timing.
- Train new employees on brand standards and service procedures.
- Monitor financial transactions and handle cash handling duties accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Shift Work essential).
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
