Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations during assigned shifts (evenings/nights)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations with professionalism
- Train and mentor new team members on hotel systems
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience
- Availability for evening/night shifts (3 PM - 11 PM or 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Florida driver's license (for errands)
- Flexible scheduling availability including weekends/holidays
