Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service during their stay.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain strict adherence to hotel policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for necessary supplies.
- Conduct shift briefings to communicate priorities and updates to the team.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be available for immediate start.
