Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations during assigned shifts with precision
- Train and mentor 10+ team members on service standards and protocols
- Resolve escalated guest issues with empathy and efficiency
- Optimize staffing schedules to maintain service excellence
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews
- Monitor inventory and manage departmental budgets
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven shift management in 24/7 hospitality environments
- Advanced PMS system proficiency (Opera/Ceniz preferred)
- Arizona Food Handler & Alcohol certifications
- Exceptional conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
