Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations across all hotel departments
- Train and mentor 5-10 hourly staff members
- Handle guest complaints and service escalations
- Perform quality assurance inspections of guest rooms
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications
- Oversee inventory management for supplies
- Submit accurate shift reports and incident documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Available for rotating day/night/weekend shifts
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, hotel PMS)
- Valid Washington State food handler's card (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Washington State driver's license preferred
