Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations for 15-20 guest rooms
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on sanitation protocols
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to exceed brand standards
- Coordinate with maintenance for room repairs and inventory control
- Manage linen and supply inventory with cost-effective ordering
- Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality housekeeping experience required
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of industry-standard cleaning techniques
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for supply runs)
