Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes
- Manage staff scheduling and performance for overnight/weekend rotations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Conduct room inspections and maintain operational standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal efficiency

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Kentucky driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
