The Role:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the face of our operations, ensuring our guests receive world-class service while leading a dedicated team. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction during your shift.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Supervise housekeeping and front desk staff during assigned shifts.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols.
- Manage inventory and supply orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with management to schedule shifts and staff coverage.
- Conduct morning briefings and shift handovers to ensure clear communication.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proficiency in property management systems is a plus.
