Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (days, evenings, or nights)
- Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and performance coaching
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure exceptional service standards
- Monitor front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance activities
- Handle cash operations, deposits, and reconciliation procedures
- Train new hires on hotel policies and service protocols
- Implement safety and security protocols for staff and guests
- Collaborate with department heads for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (including weekends/holidays)
- Basic financial literacy for cash handling and reporting
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for site inspections)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
