Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and ready for new guests.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, polish fixtures, and empty trash receptacles throughout the property.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment by promptly reporting maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow strict safety protocols and hotel policies regarding chemical handling and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by maintaining a welcoming and pristine environment.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special event setup as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and thoroughness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid ID and legal right to work in the United States.
