Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk, housekeeping, and security operations during assigned shifts
- Manage staff scheduling, performance coaching, and conflict resolution
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate emergency procedures and ensure safety compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and approve operational expenditures
- Train new staff on service standards and SOPs
- Generate shift reports and communicate critical issues to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience with shift work background
- Proven crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Arizona Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
