Responsibilities
- Perform check-ins and check-outs for guests efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding reservations and inquiries promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process payments and manage folios using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the Front Desk area.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest service.
