Responsibilities
- Lead front desk team daily operations including check-in/check-out processes
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service standards
- Train and mentor new front desk staff on property systems
- Monitor room availability and optimize occupancy rates
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Implement revenue management strategies for room upgrades
- Handle VIP guest requests and special accommodations
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk experience with supervisory role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Previous luxury hotel experience preferred
