Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services teams
- Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory and operational budgets for assigned shift
- Coordinate with departments for smooth transitions between shifts
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience in shift-based roles
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ohio hospitality certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
