Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front desk, housekeeping, and security operations across all shifts
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Resolve escalated guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure operational compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies for all departments
- Implement emergency protocols and ensure safety standards are maintained
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years hotel shift leadership experience in Florida market
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams in high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to cover all shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable
