Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during shift work, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and maintain a welcoming lobby environment.
- Process payments accurately and maintain strict security protocols.
- Collaborate with the night audit team to ensure smooth nightly operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- No prior hospitality experience necessary; we value attitude over experience.
- Must be available for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
