Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Shift Operations: Manage assigned shifts, ensuring the front desk and common areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and manage room availability.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
