Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key issuance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure room readiness.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
