Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds, and ensure all furniture is dusted and organized.
- Amenities: Restock mini-bars, replenish toiletries, and ensure bathroom supplies are fully stocked.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Guest Services: Interact professionally with guests and handle special requests or inquiries.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a hotel or residential setting is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills.
