Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of luxury.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service during their stay.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including managing key cards and luggage.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests to ensure a seamless experience.
- Stock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and public spaces as needed.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
