Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive room cleaning and sanitization to exceed hygiene standards
- Manage check-in/check-out processes using PMS software with precision
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with exceptional service
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures during shifts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Prepare VIP rooms and event spaces to specification
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Problem-solving mindset with guest-first approach
- Valid Kansas ID or driver's license required
