Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently using PMS systems
- Manage room inventory and ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols per Virginia regulations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS/PMS systems
- Valid food handler certification (if assigned F&B duties)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to Atlantic Avenue location
