Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Perform room cleaning and maintenance to brand standards
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) efficiently

Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend/holiday shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
