Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests in lobby, dining, and housekeeping areas
- Perform daily room cleaning and sanitization to brand standards
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Operate POS systems for food service transactions
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues

Qualifications
