Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)

- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Follow all hotel protocols for security, emergency procedures, and sanitation
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability to work various shifts (morning, evening, overnight)
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Valid Florida driver's license if position requires driving
