Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for guests
- Monitor and maintain the security and safety of the hotel premises
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during your shift
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with other departments as needed
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
