Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout shifts
- Manage room assignments and reservation systems accurately
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk areas
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Assist with event setup and guest functions as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if driving required)
