Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all public areas and guest rooms
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all hotel policies and health/safety regulations
- Support inventory management and basic maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and customer service orientation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
