Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain clean, sanitized guest rooms and public areas per brand standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams
- Adhere to safety protocols during all shift operations
- Complete daily shift reports and inventory documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Valid Ohio driver's license if operating company vehicles
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Must pass background check and drug screening
