Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (day, night, or weekend)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage room inventory
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere strictly to company policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Nevada gaming license (if applicable to shift assignment)
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid work authorization in the United States
