- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge duties

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy (PMS systems a plus)
- Valid driver's license (for NC locations)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
