Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts
- Handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel systems
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in lobby/public areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all hotel security and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends/holidays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid NY state ID or driver's license
- Must pass background check and drug screening
